The main difference is that you now know down to the individual, which keyword a consumer clicked before carrying on to your app (rather than just aggregate numbers or percentages). In the free GA version you don't have this access. However, the more important story here is that Google is officially sharing this information externally for anyone (TUNE is not special here), we just stumbled upon it :)

Thanks a lot for sharing this. Does it work only from Google Web Search or also the Play Store? Would be great to have keywords both from web search and play store!
